• Member of the Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio, Inc. since 1986. A+ RATING and participate in the BBB Care Customer Assistance Program.


• 1993- Active member of Central Ohio Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry -NARI.


• Received the "CR" designation-Certified Remodeler from National Board of Directors of NARI in April, 1995.


• One of Lead Carpenters, John Andrachek, received the "CLC" designation -Certified Lead Carpenter- in May 2006 and recorded one of the highest test scores in the country for that certification.


• 1995-1997 Member of Board of Directors, Central Ohio NARI.


• 1995 Central Ohio NARI Contractor of the Year -COTY Award- Residential Interior.

• Dec 2009 Completed Required EPA Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Course: Certified Ohio Lead-Safe Renovator #R-I-18350-09-00317.


• Jan 2010 -MCR- Master Certified Remodeler designation received from NARI National Board of Directors.
